To cancel a lesson package or ask about a cooling-off right, email shevchenkoboss@outlook.com with the Stripe receipt or order reference. Applicable statutory rights depend on the purchase and whether performance or digital delivery has begun at your request.
Lesson dates
The number and length of sessions are listed on each programme page. Dates and the online platform are arranged separately by email; buying a package does not itself reserve a calendar slot.
If you need to move an agreed lesson, contact Bohdan as soon as possible. The reply will confirm the available replacement time and any effect on the package completion window.
No recurring billing
All listed prices are one-time payments. There is no subscription or automatic renewal to cancel. First Conversations is a free self-paced download.
