Requesting a refund
Email shevchenkoboss@outlook.com with the programme name, Stripe receipt or order reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing here limits rights that apply under consumer law.
Digital programmes
Contact Bohdan promptly if paid files are missing, inaccessible or materially different from the programme description so the problem can be corrected or the appropriate remedy provided.
Where a statutory cancellation period applies, immediate digital delivery may begin only after the required express request and acknowledgment about cancellation rights. If those steps have not occurred, statutory rights are not treated as waived by this website.
Lesson packages
If a statutory cancellation period applies and lessons begin during it at your express request, a refund may take account of services already supplied. A completed lesson is not refundable merely because the learner changes their mind, without affecting rights where the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill.
