Orders and payments
Paid programmes use Stripe-hosted checkout. Prices are one-time amounts in USD; there are no recurring subscriptions. Stripe shows the final amount and any applicable tax before you pay.
An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and Bohdan sends the order or fulfilment information. Keep the Stripe confirmation or receipt and use the contact details above if you need help.
Delivery and personal use
After buying a digital programme, email shevchenkoboss@outlook.com with the Stripe receipt to receive the files. After buying a lesson package, email the receipt and preferred times; a lesson is booked only after the date, time and platform are confirmed by email.
Learning files are licensed to the buyer for personal educational use. They may not be resold, republished, shared as a product or uploaded to a public file library. First Conversations remains a free personal-use download.
Learning outcomes
The programmes provide educational practice and are not accredited qualifications. No particular CEFR level, examination result, employment outcome or completion time is guaranteed.
